Healing the Heart, Mind, and Body through Faith

A 6-Week Transformational Journey

Duration: 6 Sessions
Schedule: Every Saturday
Session
Length: 1.5 hours

Program Description

Do you feel that something in your life is delayed?

Your healing…
Your peace…
Your happiness…
Maybe even your sustenance.

You try everything, productivity, self-help, motivation,  yet something still feels heavy inside.

Because sometimes the problem is not outside.

Sometimes the heart itself needs healing.

This program is a guided inner journey designed to help you:

* Heal emotional wounds
• Reset your relationship with Allah
• Calm your nervous system through faith
• Remove inner blocks affecting your peace and rizq
• Rebuild a stable, tranquil heart

Through Qur’an, prophetic wisdom, and Islamic psychology, you will learn how to restore harmony between the heart, the mind, and the body.

Why Healing Must Start From Within

Many people try to fix their lives externally while the heart remains wounded internally.

In this session we explore:

* Why emotional wounds affect faith and life decisions
• How unresolved pain impacts the mind and nervous system
• The connection between sins, stress, and spiritual heaviness
• Why some people feel constant internal pressure

Qur’anic reflection:

“The Day when neither wealth nor children will benefit, except one who comes to Allah with a sound heart.”
(Qur’an 26:88-89)

Outcome:
Participants will begin identifying the real sources of their emotional and spiritual exhaustion.

Session 2

Removing the Inner Blocks

What Is Standing Between You and Peace?

Many people pray for change, but invisible barriers remain inside the heart.

In this session we uncover:

* Hidden emotional blocks
• Spiritual exhaustion and burnout
• How guilt, fear, and trauma affect faith
• The difference between pain that purifies and pain that destroys

We explore the powerful Qur’anic principle:

“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.”
(Qur’an 13:11)

Outcome:
Participants begin recognizing the inner patterns preventing healing and progress.

(Sahih Bukhari & Muslim)

Outcome:
Participants learn practical spiritual tools to cleanse the heart and restore inner calm.

Session 4

Rewiring the Mind Through Faith

Healing Thoughts, Anxiety, and Overthinking

Many emotional struggles originate from uncontrolled thoughts.

In this session we explore:

* The psychology of waswas (intrusive thoughts)
• How anxiety affects the body and faith
