Session 1: The significane of hardshipsThree levels in times of Trials

Your environment plays a significant role in shaping your mindset. In this session, you will learn how to build a supportive circle, choose uplifting company, and cultivate positivity in your daily life.

You will also explore the importance of a positive Ummah and how good companionship strengthens both faith and well-being.

Session 2: The Spiritual Diseases and their CausesAnd healing from them


Submitting the weekly routine for next week and following up on the previous oneBig changes start with small steps. This session focuses on developing simple but powerful routines that enhance your faith and mental health. You’ll discover how to prioritize Salah, the benefits of Dhikr, and the value of effective time management for a balanced life.

Session 3: True Submission the difference between a test and a punishment

 

Following Session 1, we revisit positivity with a deeper look into the reasons behind things. This session will inspire you to look at problems through a neutral lens.

In light of Islam, the bad things happening to you could be a test from the Almighty or a punishment for something you have done. Knowing this, you will be able to comfort yourself and be in control.

Session 4: Tawakul (Trust in Allah)

This session highlights the power of Tawakul, trusting Allah in all matters. You will learn how to let go of constant worry, understand the balance between effort and reliance on Allah, and gain peace of heart by putting your trust fully in Him.

Session 5: Expecting the Best from Allah

Here, you’ll explore how having reasonable expectations of Allah transforms your outlook. By focusing on hope, gratitude, and optimism, you’ll shift your mindset to one that welcomes blessings and faces trials with confidence in Allah’s mercy and wisdom.

Session 6: Keeping Your Progress

Growth isn’t just about starting; it’s about continuing. In this final session, you’ll learn how to maintain your progress, set realistic goals, and stay committed to change.
